This time last week, Tim and made our first visit to Bandit Town! I had no idea what to expect and that made it all that much more fun. Stetson really knows how to throw a party and where to do it! I don’t know who made that stupendous sign above, but I probably met him/her at some point over the weekend.
Stetson threw the party and did a photoshoot up there. These must have been a couple of the models. Britney (the one with blond hair) is a full time “Bandit”, not sure of the other girl’s name but I bet she could sell some Stetson’s ;).
Great bands, AWESOME town, free bar with my favorite vodka, Tito’s; This place does not suck! Just FYI, I am not endorsed by Stetson or Tito’s in any way, but I do consider myself a Tita and think maybe there should be a sister bottle like the one below? My friend Jules, brought this hand-doctored Tita’s bottle over to a party a while back. Very convincing.
The pregnant bartender, Pippy, was awesome. Seriously, she rocks and I have no doubt that, that little one inside will too.
I have so much to post of Bandit town, but this one little bandit stole the show for me. Dylan, a fierce little cowboy getting on the horse for the second time on his first day ever riding.
He rode with such confidence, pride, and love.
Dylan loved being there and helping out.
I got to take a ride too! Thanks, Tim for capturing me on the horse for the first time in at least 6 years!
and the dog!
Bandit Town was wondrous and we can’t wait to go back. The “Old Town Saloon” was rockin’!
Little Dylan served up the best water ever!
What a rad Wurlitzer juke box!
The music was great!
Jaime Wyatt rocked!
As did her pedal steel player / sexiest man alive, Tim Walker! If you need a pedal steel player he is your guy!
And her cello player, Ro Rowan! If you need a cello player, she is your girl!
Her drummer, Kane rocks too, by the way, I just didn’t get a great shot of him.
Willie T brought down the house, everyone in Bandit Town seemed to know him well.
Possibly my favorite part of Bandit Town (aesthetically speaking) was the Livery, one of the two places where they hold weddings.
Frank showed Tim and I all the cool old wagons inside, we were ‘wowed’. Frank is pictured below with the hearse wagon! Stunning!
This is the little chapel where the smaller weddings can be held. This is such a magical place for a wedding! If you want to get married in Bandit Town, let me know if you need a photographer. We are looking for any excuse possible to go back.
This part of this building reminds me of some sort of monster or something, see the square eyes and the teeth?
This reminded me of my best friend Candice’s old shed in Tennessee, where we used to climb the tires. I sure don’t want to see the spider that has made that tire home.
I love the eerie shadows here
If you haven’t been to Bandit Town, you should check it out. It’s in North Fork, CA, about 45 minutes south of Yosemite! You can take your tent and camp for most of the events there.
The people were all super cool. This is Ben Reddell, who ran sound last Saturday night.
Here he is again, chilling with his girl out on the deck.
This guy from “Factory 47”, gave me a sweet shirt! Check out his van.
Here is Ro, straight chillin’ in a van with shagadelic wall carpet!
She has such a great smile and cool vibes 🙂
Though the window, this guy looks as cool as his bike!
So much fun. Last, but not least, check out this Bandit Town Video that Jen McMillian the owner of Bandit Town made. Help them make it a huge success. The place is destined for greatness!
